Troubleshoot Auth0 Extensions
Auth0 extensions experience unexpected behavior or errors due to outdated versions or corrupted installations. Upgrading the extension to the latest version or reinstalling the extension resolves the issue.

Auth0 extension issues occur when the extension runs on an outdated version or when the installation becomes corrupted.
How is an Auth0 extension upgraded?
Upgrade the extension to the latest version available from the Auth0 Dashboard.
- Navigate to Auth0 Dashboard > Extensions.
- Select the Installed Extensions tab and check for an available upgrade for the specific extension.
- Select the Update to... option.
How is an Auth0 extension reinstalled?
Delete the existing extension, sign out of the dashboard, and reinstall the extension to clear corrupted configurations.
- Navigate to Auth0 Dashboard > Extensions.
- Select the Installed Extensions tab and delete the extension.
- Sign out of the Auth0 Dashboard.
- Sign in to the Auth0 Dashboard.
- Reinstall and reconfigure the extension.
