ASN Header Validation on Manage and Teams Dashboards Blocked when Using Some VPNs

This article explains why an Admin User may be redirected to the logout and then the login page while trying to authenticate to the Auth0 Dashboard, causing frequent log in failures.

After an update in February 2024 outlined in our Change Log, the Auth0 dashboard sessions are now bound to ASN. The asn_mismatch error can be caused by VPNs that often change gateway or router proxy configuration, possibly forcing an ASN change. Please ensure the ASN is not changed frequently when using VPN and other proxy servers.
