This article explains why features not included in a subscription plan may be accessible.

Cause
Auth0 does not block features that are outside of a selected subscription plan. This design allows for the use of features for which there is no current subscription.
Solution
When features are used that are not part of the active plan, Auth0 sends warning emails to notify the account holder about the over-quota usage.
To formally add these features to the subscription:
- Purchase them as an add-on.
- Contact the sales team at sales@auth0.com for more details.
