Account Link Extension and Custom Domains

Overview

When a user is presented with the Account Linking screen, the URL in the address bar will contain the domain, e.g., https://<TenantName>.eu.webtask.run.

This article clarifies whether it is possible to use the tenant's custom domain instead.

Solution

Configuring the Account Link Extension to use a custom domain is currently not possible.

An alternative is to link the users in the backend. This gives control of the domain used so the user will not see an unfamiliar domain.
