Adding Email Addresses to Receive Auth0 Notification Emails
Last Updated:
Overview
This article clarifies where in the settings a user can change or add additional email addresses to receive new emails from Auth0 regarding upcoming changes to the infrastructure or the way Auth0 handles data and tokens.
Applies To
- Auth0 Notifications
- Tenant Admins
Solution
Auth0 Tenant notifications (Auth0 Support Center Notifications or Tenant notifications), such as Auth0 Support Center Notifications or Tenant notifications, are sent to Tenant Members who meet specific criteria.
There is no feature to directly add a list of email addresses for notifications. To receive these notifications, a user must be added as a Tenant Admin.
To add a user to the notification list:
-
Add the user as a Tenant Member.
-
Ensure the user has the admin role.
To continue receiving notifications, Tenant Admins must remain active by logging in at least once every 12 to 18 months.
NOTE: Not every notification sent to the Auth0 Dashboard or Support Center is also sent via email. Notifications requiring action are typically sent to email. Generic product announcements are posted to the Auth0 Changelog, where people can subscribe via RSS.
