Additionally, customers can now enter and update their Primary Security Contact and CIO/CISO contacts.

Tenant Admins can now enter and update their Primary Security Contact and CIO/CISO contacts. This feature allows for designating a Primary Security Contact for operational alerts and a CIO/CISO for critical escalations, ensuring vital security information from Okta always reaches the correct people promptly. Establishing these direct lines of communication strengthens your organization's incident response and overall security posture.
