This article explains how to obtain application details such as created date, created by date, etc.

To find creation/update dates for clients/applications, Go to Dashboard > Monitoring > Logs and use the below filter:

type:"sapi" AND description:"Create a client" OR description:"Update a client" OR description:"Delete a client"

The Auth0 log retention period depends on the subscription level.
