Overview

Getting disconnected from the Auth0 Dashboard automatically with a message:

Your session is no longer valid

Applies To

Autonomous System Number (ASN)
Auth0 Dashboard

Cause

The session cookies of both Teams and Auth0 Dashboard dashboard users will now be bound to the originating Autonomous System Network (ASN) as part of the session creation.

This issue is usually related to the following Security Changes.

Solution

The Autonomous System Number (ASN) was implemented by Okta to increase security.
