Auth0 New Member Unable to Login

Overview

Auth0 Member was recently invited to a tenant, and the invitation was accepted. Afterward, the Auth0 Member:

Is redirected to the login page after each successful login.
Cannot see any new tenants they were invited to when they try to switch to another one.

Cause

This is caused by the Tenant Member not being a Contributor in the Team after recently having Tenant Member Management enabled in the Teams settings.

Solution

If there is a Team associated with the Tenants that the Auth0 Member was invited to, and Tenant Member Management is enabled on the Team, then the Auth0 Member must be invited to the Team at least as a Contributor.

If Tenant Member Management is enabled, however, it is recommended that to invite the Auth0 Member as a Contributor to the Team first and then Assign Team Member to Tenants with Tenant Member Management so that it will not be necessary to invite the Auth0 Member to each individual tenant linked with the Team.
