Back Up and Recover FGA Tuples and Models Using APIs

This article describes how to back up Fine Grained Authorization (FGA) tuples and models using APIs. It also details the process for recovering the data to a new store.

• Fine Grained Authorization (FGA)

The backup and recovery process requires two main steps.

1. To back up tuples and models, use the following APIs:

• • Read
  • ReadAuthorizationModels
  • ReadChanges

2. To recover the data, use the Write endpoint to write the backup to a new store.

NOTE: This backup and recovery process does not impact Monthly Active Users (MAUs) or associated costs.
