Suspend the Billing for a Tenant

Overview

This article clarifies whether it is possible to suspend or pause the billing in tenant settings.

Solution

It is not possible to suspend the subscription/account or pause its billing. Even if the quota is not utilized, the subscription/account is charged based on the subscription plan.

So, if the subscription/account is downgraded to a lower subscription/free account, then it will not be possible to access the paid feature configured in the tenant.
