This article provides steps to manually verify a user's email address. This process applies only to users who are part of an Auth0 database connection created in Auth0 databases. Manual verification is utilized when a user does not have access to their email account to respond to a verification email, leaving their profile status as pending.

To manually verify the email address in the user profile:

1. Go to the Dashboard > User Management > Users.
2. Under the Pending status of a user, click the Edit link. 
3. A pop-up where the email can be edited will appear, including a link to Set email as verified. 
4. Clicking that link will verify the email and change the Pending status to Verified.
