Cannot Access Auth0 Teams Dashboard After Subscription Upgrade
This article provides a solution for when a user cannot access the Auth0 Teams Dashboard after upgrading to a team-based subscription. The user may be a tenant administrator but is unable to see or manage the team settings.

Access to the Auth0 Teams Dashboard is restricted to users with the Team Owner role. After a subscription upgrade, existing tenant administrators are typically assigned the Contributor role by default, which does not include permissions to access the dashboard. During the upgrade process, only one tenant administrator is automatically designated as the Team Owner.
To resolve this issue, the user must be assigned the correct role by following these steps:

Contact the current Team Owner of the account.

Request to be assigned the Team Owner role.
NOTE: If the Team Owner is unknown or has left the company, contact Auth0 Support. Auth0 Support can assist with identifying the owner after completing a verification process.
