Overview
The current SMS Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) transaction timeout is 5 minutes by default. This article explains whether this can be changed.

Solution
The SMS MFA transaction timeout cannot be changed from 5 minutes. To submit a feature request for this to the Auth0 Product Team, please do so here.
