Overview
This article explains how to change the billing email address on an Auth0 Account.
Applies To
- Team Owner
- Tenant Admin (tenant-based)
Solution
When upgrading to a paid plan, the billing email address is automatically set to the Team Owner (for Team-based subscriptions) or Tenant Admin (for legacy Tenant-based subscriptions).
Team Owners can modify the billing email address at:
- Teams Dashboard > Setting > Payment & Billing tab for Team based subscriptions.
Legacy Tenant based subscriptions Tenant Admin can modify the billing email address by visiting:
