Overview

This article describes how to create a custom email verification flow that produces a link that can be used for email verification.

Solution

When implementing a custom verification flow using the email verification ticket, use the POST /api/v2/tickets/email-verification endpoint. Include the `user_id` in the body, but the other values are optional.

The response will look something like the following:

Include this as a link in the verification email, and the user will have to click on this link to be verified.
