When installing multiple Virtual Machines (VMs) with the Active Directory (AD)/Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP) agent, the High Availability (HA) mode fails. Only the first VM connection succeeds. Other VMs do not connect to Auth0. The installation process replicates the config.json file to all VMs that contain the AD / LDAP agent.

The following error message appears:

Error: You have already used this ticket (*****) with an agent that is currently running on another machine. To solve this, create a NEW connection with a new ticket and use that one instead. You can uninstall the other agent.

The certs folder and the lib\profileMapper.js file from the %Program Files(x86)%\Auth0\AD LDAP Connector\ folder were not replicated to all VMs.

1. Copy the lib\profileMapper.js file and the certs folder from the source VM.

2. Paste the file and the folder into the %Program Files(x86)%\Auth0\AD LDAP Connector\ directory on the target VMs.
