Custom Branding Not Applying to Brute-Force Protection Screens

This issue occurs because the Uncustomizable Brute-Force Protection unblock email flow legacy migration flag is enabled. This setting prevents custom branding from being applied to the brute-force protection user interface.

Navigate to Tenant Settings > Advanced.

Scroll down to the Migrations section.

Locate the Uncustomizable Brute-Force Protection unblock email flow toggle.

Set the toggle to the off position.
