Custom Branding Not Applying to Brute-Force Protection Screens

Overview

This article addresses an issue where custom branding and text modifications do not apply to the brute-force protection screens.

Cause

This issue occurs because the Uncustomizable Brute-Force Protection unblock email flow legacy migration flag is enabled. This setting prevents custom branding from being applied to the brute-force protection user interface.

 

Solution
  1. Navigate to Tenant Settings > Advanced.

  2. Scroll down to the Migrations section.

  3. Locate the Uncustomizable Brute-Force Protection unblock email flow toggle.

  4. Set the toggle to the off position.
