This article explains how to delete the root@auth0.com Admin User from a tenant.

The root user must be created In the Root Tenant Authority (RTA) (config Tenant). Using root is the only way to add new admins today.

If the root user created the customer-managed tenants, it is possible to remove the root user with another admin user once they access the tenant.
