Is a Load-Test Request Required when Testing an Internal Product

Is a load-test request required when performing load testing on an internal product that uses Auth0 to authenticate to our own product services? It was unclear whether this formal load-test request needed to be submitted after reading the Load Testing Policy.

The internal product is being tested. Auth0 is only a secondary part of the test, as it is required to make the authentication calls.

Yes, a load-test request must be submitted if the testing will touch the Auth0 infrastructure. This would include any test that generates requests to Auth0.

If in any doubt, open a support ticket and provide a brief outline of the proposed test. Support can advise as to whether a load-test request should be submitted.
