Solution

Yes, the Adaptive MFA will take precedence over the "remember this device". The reason for this is that when Adaptive MFA is enabled, it executes for every login attempt, and if the login event is calculated as a "low" confidence score. Therefore the MFA will be triggered regardless of user preference for remember the device.

In the "s" type tenant logs the "riskAssesment" attribute shows the confidence score of a login attempt. This can help to understand which factors may have triggered a forced MFA.
