Solution
The auth0-java-mvc-common SDK currently does not support Jakarta EE yet.
There is an Auth0 blog post with a sample application for authenticating with Jakarta EE. The code sample uses a general-purpose REST library to make the necessary API calls.
Please leave feedback to the Auth0 product team to have this supported with the Auth0 library.
