The rules for the email validation length are as follows:

• The full email address is limited to 254 characters.
• The local portion is limited to 64 characters.
• The domain portion is limited to 254 characters.
• Each label within the domain portion is limited to 63 characters (e.g., for the email example@a.b.c.d.com where a, b, c, d, and com are the labels of the domain).
• gmail.com and googlemail.com have an additional limitation. The local part before the "+" has a minimum length of 6 and a maximum length of 30.
