This article explains if there is a way to generate passwordless login magic links through an API endpoint to send them from an external system rather than through Auth0, similar to generating a Password Reset ticket (Create a password change ticket) and delivering that to the end user.

This is not supported at the moment. A magic link is generated only within the Passwordless email delivered to the user.
