HRD "Identity Provider Domains" that Contain Upper Case Letters Do Not Get Matched

Overview

When domains with uppercase letters are added to a connections HRD "Identity Provider Domains" field, they are not matched.

Solution

Auth0's HRD evaluation automatically converts an end user's email address to lowercase before comparing it. Domains with upper-case letters will never be matched.

To prevent this, please ensure that any domains added to a connection's "Identity Provider Domains" field are all lowercase.
