Home Realm Discovery Fails to Redirect to Correct Identity Provider

Home Realm Discovery (HRD) is configured to redirect users to the appropriate Identity Provider (IdP) based on the email domain. However, for a specific domain, the redirection fails, and the user is routed to a generic username and password page or an incorrect IdP login page.

The same IdP domain is associated with two different connections enabled for the same application.

To resolve this issue:

• Identify the connection that is not intended for use with the specific application.

• Disable the connection.
