How to Add Tenants to new Enterprise Subscription
When a subscription upgrades to an Enterprise agreement, some tenants may still appear as having a Self-Service subscription. These tenants continue to accrue charges on the credit card listed in Dashboard > Settings > Subscription.
This article describes how to include these remaining tenants in the Enterprise agreement.

When a new Enterprise subscription is provisioned, only the primary subscription tenant upgrades with Enterprise entitlements. Additional tenants are typically added during the subsequent onboarding process. If this process does not capture all tenants, they may remain on a Self-Service subscription (for example, a Business-to-Business (B2B) Essentials subscription).
To include any additional tenants that were not captured during the onboarding process, compile a list of tenants to link to the Enterprise subscription and contact the Technical Account Manager (TAM) or Auth0 account team to request the update.
NOTE: The requestor must be an administrator of the tenants to be linked.
