Adding CC or BCC Recipients to Auth0 Email Templates

Overview
When an administrator creates a user in the Auth0 dashboard, a Welcome and Verification Email is sent to the user. This article clarifies whether it is possible to add CC and BCC email addresses to those outgoing emails using Auth0 email templates.

Adding CC and BCC email addresses to Auth0 email templates is not currently supported.

This is by design, as it could defeat the purpose of a verification email if other parties click the verification link instead of the intended user.

As a workaround to notify additional parties of a user creation or signup event, use a Pre-User Registration or Post-User Registration Action to programmatically send email notifications.
