This article explains the best way to report an issue or share feedback regarding the Auth0 product depending on the type of assistance required.

Solution
Quickstarts, SDKs, and libraries with a GitHub repository
If an issue is encountered with one of the quickstarts or SDKs for which a GitHub repository is available, please do the following:
- Open a GitHub issue in the relevant repository.
- Follow the issue template if available, otherwise please provide:
- Detailed issue description
- Steps to reproduce
- Context of the problem
- Relevant screenshots and/or error logs
- Create a topic in the Help category of the community forum and link the GitHub issue created.
Technical issues
If facing specific technical issue or need advice, please create a topic in the Help category of the community forum or reach out to the support team .
Product feedback
To provide feedback, please create a topic in the Feedback category of the community forum. Enterprise customers should contact their Technical Account Manager (TAM).
