This article explains how to obtain the necessary IP addresses for a tenant allowlist in a Private cloud.

Solution
For Private Cloud tenants, the IP addresses that must be allowed through the firewall are unique to the tenant's environment. These IP addresses are known as Primary Egress IPs. The Primary Egress IPs are listed under the environment's configuration data, which is available in the Auth0 Support Center.
