Connection Not Found Error On Login Page with Only Social Connections Enabled

When an application has only social connections enabled the following error is observed on the login page:

error: invalid_request
description: connection not found for the client

• Login Page

This can occur when screen_hint=signup is present in the `/authorize` parameters. Social connections do not allow signups, and the application only has social connections enabled, so there are no available connections for use, and this error is returned.
 

Remove the screen_hint parameter from `/authorize` when authenticating users via an application for which there are only social connections.
