Overview
This article explains how to resolve an issue that prevents the full list of factors from being shown when attempting to add Multifactor Authentication (MFA) for a tenant member account on a private cloud tenant.

Cause
In private cloud tenants, tenant members log in via the config tenant, which has dedicated MFA settings like any other tenant.
Solution
Please contact Auth0 Support if additional MFA options that Auth0 supports are required for tenant members on a private cloud tenant.
