Solution
Auth0's Entity Limit Policy states that the maximum number of Roles that can be assigned per User is 50.
The number of Permissions that each Role can have is 1000.
The number of Permissions allowed per user is 1000.
Per tenant, the limit is 1000 Roles.
Enterprise Customers can request to have these numbers increased by reaching out to Support.
