This article will cover when using organizations, if it is possible to run the Universal Login in an iframe.

Solution
This specific setup (iframe + organizations) is not possible.
Organizations are not supported in classic :

Supported only for New Universal Login (not supported for Classic Universal Login or Lock.js).

Organizations-enabled applications are not compatible with the following grants and protocols: Resource Owner Password, Client Credentials, Device Authorization Flow, WS-Fed (Auth0 as IdP).
Additionally, iframes are not supported with the New Universal Login.
