The customer would like to use a signup flow that allows the user to choose, in the first step, whether to use a password or a passkey.

This cannot be done at this time because Passkeys can only be used in the"Identifier First" flow.

There is a feature request in the Community to bypass the "Identifier First" flow when using Passkeys.
