Removing Email Address Obfuscation for Email Based MFA

Overview
Auth0 stars out some characters on the email address displayed on the OTP screen (`mfa-email-challenge` prompt). This article explains where it is possible to remove this masking.

Solution
Unlike with SMS-based MFA it's not possible to remove this obfuscation for email-based MFA.
