Required Roles for Management Dashboard's Bulk Import/Export Feature

Overview
Some tenant members are not able to use the Management Dashboard's Bulk User Import/Export Feature.

Cause
This issue occurs because the tenant members do not have one of the following roles:
Solution
A tenant administrator will need to assign the roles Editor-Users or Admin to the tenant member in order to be able to use the Bulk User Import/Export Feature.
