Solution

Tenant logs that do not have a client ID associated with them are categorized under None.

Client IDs are associated with user activities, but they do not appear to be required. Different stages and flows may also lack a client ID. Signup flows, for example, can have applications marked "none" because there is no client ID at the early stages of this flow.
