'Show RP-Initiated Logout Prompt' Turned Off but Still Shows

The `oidc_logout_prompt_enabled` tenant attribute that controls this behavior is not set by default. This results in the toggle showing off in the dashboard, but the default behavior if this attribute is not set is to show the logout prompt.
