Signup Disabled in an Auth0 Database Connection but Still Showing on Login

Overview
The signup option has been disabled for the Auth0 Database connection linked to an application or client in Auth0 but the login page is still showing the signup option.

Solution
If there are multiple database connections enabled within one application or client, signup needs to be disabled on all of them for the signup option to be removed on the login page.
