Cause

This is caused by an incorrect domain in the URL. Most likely, the region is missing.

Solution

This error occurs when the tenant domain is incorrect. Double-check that the region (e.g., `eu`) is included. For example, the domain is `example.eu.auth0.com` instead of `example.auth0.com` in the case of an EU tenant.
