Tenant administrators receive an error message when attempting to access the subscription management page in Auth0 Teams, indicating they are not allowed to view the information. This issue occurs even for users with tenant administrator privileges.

The issue occurs because the tenant administrator account does not have the Teams Owner role within the team.

To resolve this issue, a user with the existing Teams Owner role must grant that role to the tenant administrator.

Steps for the current Teams Owner:

1. Search for the member in the Members list.

2. Select the three-dot menu option on the right-hand side.

3. Click the Assign Role option.

4. Select the Team Owner role.

5. Click Assign.
