Overview

How can tenants be transferred to a different company account or Enterprise Agreement?

Solution

While tenant configurations and users can be exported and transferred to a new tenant using the Deploy CLI tool and the Management API, it would be more straightforward to change the account associated with these tenants while ensuring that all dataset connections with users remain intact.

It is possible to change the Enterprise Account associated with certain tenants.

The Technical Account Management (TAM) team handles these transitions. Thus, the Technical Account Managers and Sales Executives from both accounts should be informed about the need to make this change.
