Unable to Create Tenants from the Manage Dashboard (Private Cloud)

Overview

The option to create tenants in the drop-down menu under the tenant's name in the Manage Dashboard of private cloud instances disappeared.

Troubleshooting
Check if the account has Teams for Private Cloud activated.

Cause

The Teams feature has been activated for the Private Cloud instances. In this scenario, tenant creation is expected to be unavailable in the Manage Dashboard for private cloud instances using teams. Team owners are the only ones who can create tenants on the selected private cloud environment from the Teams Dashboard. 

Solution

A Team Owner should create the new tenant from the Team Dashboard by following these steps:
  1. Access the Teams Dashboard by navigating to https://accounts.auth0.com/teams/{team-slug}.
  2. Select the Overview menu drop-down to reveal the Tenants menu option. image.png
  3. Click the Create New Tenant button on the Tenants page to open the Create Tenant form.
