Unable to Grant Tenant Members Access to Multiple Specific Apps

Overview

A new tenant member needs to be added and granted editor access to multiple, specific apps. Navigating to Settings > Tenant Members > Add Member, there is an option that reads Editor - Specific Apps (plural), but only one app can be chosen here. This article explains how to grant this tenant member access to multiple apps.

Cause

This is a known UI issue.


Solution

To workaround this issue, follow these steps after the new member is invited and the invitation is accepted.
  1. Click on Settings > Tenant Members.
  2. Click the three dots (More Actions) button next to the tenant member and click Edit Roles.
  3. Add another application from the list under the Editor - Specific App and click Update.
