Verification Emails Are Not Getting Sent

Overview

Users are experiencing an issue where verification emails are not arriving from Auth0 when they sign up, but other emails are working properly.

Cause

The Verification Email (using link) email template is currently disabled.

Solution

Navigate to the Verification Email (using the link) template in the Auth0 Dashboard and enable it using the Status toggle found above the From field, as depicted in the screenshot below.
