This article explains the error that occurs when an application connection is created but no applications are enabled.
The connection is not enabled.

Cause
The error occurs because a connection was created without enabling any applications for it.
Solution
- Identify the specific connection.
- Select the Applications tab within the connection settings.
- Enable at least one application for the connection.
