The Auth0 status page for Private Cloud environments is not publicly accessible. Unlike Public Cloud status pages, access to Private Cloud status information requires authentication and tenant membership.

This article explains how customers can access the Private Cloud status page and subscribe to status updates.

Accessing the Private Cloud Status Page

To view the status of an Auth0 Private Cloud environment:

1. Navigate to the following URL:
   https://status.auth0.com/private-cloud
2. Log in using your Auth0 account.
3. To successfully access the status page, the user must be a member of the associated Public Cloud support tenant linked to the Private Cloud environment.

If the user is not a member of the correct support tenant, access to the Private Cloud status information will be denied.

Subscribing to Private Cloud Status Updates

Customers can subscribe to status updates that affect their Private Cloud environment by using the Atom or RSS feed.

Steps to subscribe:

1. Log in to the Private Cloud status page.
2. Locate the Subscribe section.
3. Copy the generated Atom or RSS feed URL.
4. Add the copied URL to an RSS or Atom feed reader of your choice.

NOTE:

• The generated Atom or RSS feed URL is unique per Private Cloud environment.
• The URL contains tokens that are environment specific.
• If required, these tokens can be rotated by contacting Auth0 Support.
