Overview
This article explains an issue where a React application encounters an authentication error within the Post Login Action Trigger. When this occurs, the user is redirected to a callback URL containing the following error message:
Authorization Extension: unable to resolve jtn to webtask token

Cause
The error is caused by a legacy rule associated with the Authorization Extension that remains in the Post Login Action Trigger configuration. This rule may persist even after the Authorization Extension is uninstalled or if the Auth Pipeline options are no longer visible in the dashboard.
Solution
- Perform a Client Credentials Exchange with a Machine-to-Machine (M2M) application against the Management API to receive a valid Access Token.

Delete the legacy rule causing the error from the configuration with this endpoint.
