Change the Auth0 Tenant Subscription Name on the Dashboard Support Center

Auth0 links the dashboard subscription name directly to the name of the main tenant under the Enterprise plan, preventing direct manual renaming. Creating a new tenant and requesting a tenant switch from the Account Executive or Technical Account Manager updates the subscription name that appears in the Support Center.

How is the tenant subscription name changed in Auth0?

Create a new tenant with the desired name and contact the account team to switch the main tenant designation so the new name appears on the Support Center dashboard.

1. Create a new tenant with the desired name under the Enterprise plan from the Dashboard.
2. Contact the Account Executive (AE) or Technical Account Manager (TAM) team to request a switch from the current main tenant to the newly created tenant.
